Can anyone be hypnotized?

  • Yes, provided they want to be.

How will I know if I've been hypnotized?

  • Many people don't notice any difference. 
  • Some feel relaxed. 
  • Others feel sleepy.
  • Some feel the same way they do in a daydream.

What does hypnosis feel like?



  • Hypnosis is very relaxing, 
  • You never lose awareness during hypnosis. 
  • You continue to be aware of your surroundings. 
  • Everyone has experienced hypnosis, even if they weren't aware of it. If you've ever driven somewhere and had no recollection of the trip, you were hypnotized.
  • During hypnosis, you may look asleep, but you’re not. You are relaxed and mentally alert. 
  • You retain at all times, a level of awareness the environment
How am I going to feel when I'm hypnotized?


  • You will not be asleep; you will be very relaxed.
  • During hypnosis you may be even more aware of what is going on around you than you would ordinarily be. 
  • You continue to be aware of your surroundings.
  • Everyone experiences it differently and it may vary depending on the session.
Will I remember anything after the session is over?
  • You will most likely remember everything. Sometimes in the deepest levels of hypnosis you may not have perfect recall.


What if I don't come out of hypnosis?

  • There are, on few occasions, some people who enjoy it so much that they resist coming out. 
  • All well-trained hypnotists have knowledge of many different ways to bring the person around.
  • Everyone comes out of hypnosis.
